    This project is a large-scale slag cement mixing plant developed for POSCO Group, one of the world's leading steel manufacturers.     Process Flow and System Design

    Slag Cement Production Process

    The production process begins with the by-product slag generated from POSCO's ironmaking facility. Our optimized process flow ensures stable output quality, precise batching control, and efficient bulk handling performance:

    Stage 1: Grinding

    The slag is processed through a grinding mill to achieve the required particle fineness suitable for cement blending applications. This critical stage ensures material meets precise specifications for downstream processes.

    Stage 2: Temporary Storage

    The processed slag is transported to a 1,000-ton spiral steel silo for temporary storage. This silo is designed for dual functionality enabling both bulk material distribution for direct sales and internal transfer to the mixing system.

    Stage 3: Buffer and Metering

    Through conveying equipment and bucket elevators, materials are delivered to a mixing buffer silo. A precision rotor scale at the silo outlet ensures accurate quantitative feeding of slag and other additives into the mixer.

    Stage 4: Mixing and Loading

    After accurate proportioning, materials enter the mixing system for uniform blending. The finished product is then transferred to a bulk loading system, enabling efficient truck loading and distribution to customers.
