Enclosed Dust-Free Bulk Material Loading Spout

Loading bulk material into trucks or railcars generates dust at two points: during free-fall from the spout, and as the material displaces air in the vehicle bed. Our enclosed telescopic loading spout eliminates both sources by extending a flexible skirt directly into the vehicle compartment, creating a sealed loading zone with negative-pressure dust extraction.

How It Works

1. Truck positions under the loading spout. Photoelectric sensors confirm correct position.
2. The telescopic chute extends downward, and the flexible outer skirt seals against the truck bed edges.
3. A bag filter mounted on the spout creates negative pressure inside the enclosed zone, capturing displaced dusty air.
4. Material flows from the silo through the spout into the truck at 100-300 tph.
5. When the target weight is reached, the gate closes and the spout retracts.
