Enclosed Dust-Free Bulk Material Loading Spout
Loading bulk material into trucks or railcars generates dust at two points: during free-fall from the spout, and as the material displaces air in the vehicle bed. Our enclosed telescopic loading spout eliminates both sources by extending a flexible skirt directly into the vehicle compartment, creating a sealed loading zone with negative-pressure dust extraction.
How It Works
- Truck positions under the loading spout. Photoelectric sensors confirm correct position.
- The telescopic chute extends downward, and the flexible outer skirt seals against the truck bed edges.
- A bag filter mounted on the spout creates negative pressure inside the enclosed zone, capturing displaced dusty air.
- Material flows from the silo through the spout into the truck at 100-300 tph.
- When the target weight is reached, the gate closes and the spout retracts.
