Manufacturing Infrastructure
Spiral Silo Production Line
Automated coiling machines produce silo shells from 3 m to 25 m diameter with continuous spiral seam stiffening. Annual output exceeds 15,000 tonnes of fabricated steel structures.
Welded Steel Fabrication
CNC plasma cutting, submerged-arc welding for shell courses, and ultrasonic testing of all structural welds per ASME Section V. Annual capacity: 10,000 tonnes of fabricated steel.
Engineering Design Center
50+ engineers using SolidWorks for 3D modeling and ANSYS for FEA. Every project receives detailed 3D models that serve as a reference throughout the entire facility lifecycle.
Our Engineering Team
Each project is assigned a dedicated project manager and lead engineer who stay with the project from initial concept through commissioning and handover. We invest 5% of annual revenue in R&D, focusing on silo structural optimization, intelligent monitoring systems, and new material handling technologies.
