Continuous Powder Blending System
For applications requiring consistent product blending during silo discharge, our continuous powder blending system integrates multiple feed streams into a single homogenized output. Unlike batch mixers, this system operates continuously, matching the flow rate of downstream equipment (packaging, loading, or further processing).
How It Works
Multiple screw feeders or rotary valves draw material from individual silos at metered rates. Each stream passes through a loss-in-weight or gravimetric feeder for precise dosing, then enters a static or dynamic mixing chamber where the materials are combined into a uniform blend.
