    Bucket Elevator

    Bucket Elevator

It is one of the most common conveying solutions in grain storage, cement plants, feed mills, biomass projects, and industrial bulk handling systems.

The system uses a series of buckets mounted on belts or chains to continuously transport materials vertically with high efficiency and low material loss. Bucket elevators are especially suitable for handling wheat, corn, soybean, cement, fly ash, mineral powder, biomass pellets, and other dry bulk materials.

In bulk material conveying systems, bucket elevators are mainly used for:

    · Vertical conveying from truck unloading pits to storage silos

    · Feeding materials into large-capacity grain silos or industrial silos

    · Connecting horizontal conveyors with silo storage systems

    · Supplying production lines with continuous material flow

    · Supporting long-distance height lifting in limited plant space

    Typical Silo Matching Solution:

For example, in a grain storage project, wheat is unloaded from trucks into a receiving pit, transferred by a belt conveyor, and then elevated by a bucket elevator to the top distribution conveyor before entering multiple grain silos. In cement plants, bucket elevators are commonly combined with cement silos and screw conveyors for vertical powder transportation and storage feeding systems.
