Circular Stacker and Reclaimer

The circular stacker and reclaimer is specially designed for enclosed steel storage sheds and circular stockyards where land utilization and environmental protection are priorities. It combines stacking and reclaiming within one circular storage area. Materials are evenly stacked by the rotating boom conveyor, while the scraper reclaimer continuously recovers materials from the bottom of the stockpile.

The longitudinal stacker and reclaimer is mainly used in large-capacity pre-homogenization yards. Compared with circular stockyards, rectangular stockyards provide greater storage capacity, better homogenization performance, and the stockpile can be expanded by extending the storage yard.

Working Principle
The Manxing Stacker and Reclaimer performs two independent operations: stacking and reclaiming. These two functions can operate simultaneously, allowing continuous material storage and discharge without interrupting plant production.
Stacking Process
Bulk material is delivered by the belt conveyor to the boom conveyor of the stacker. The boom rotates, travels, and luffs according to selected stacking methods such as Chevron, Windrow, Cone Shell, or Layer Stacking, creating a uniform stockpile with excellent blending performance.
Reclaiming Process
During reclaiming, the scraper chain continuously moves around the stockpile and scrapes material toward the center collecting hopper. The reclaimed material then falls onto the discharge conveyor and is transported to the next production process. Because stacking and reclaiming are independent systems, both operations can be carried out simultaneously without affecting each other, ensuring continuous production.
